Ms. Mairéad Whelan, one of District 5360's Global Grant Scholarship recipients for 2019-20, spoke about her studies at the University of Oxford on 12 December 2019. Ms. Whelan is currently completing her MPhil in Water Science, Management, and Policy. We wish her all the best as she continues her studies.
